Jerez de la Frontera once again becomes the meeting point for lovers of the equestrian world with a September packed with major events. Tradition, sport, training and equestrian culture in a city where the horse is part of our identity.
5 September · Vendimia Charity Gala 2026
Yeguada Cartuja Hierro del Bocado hosts the Vendimia Charity Gala 2026, in aid of the Fundación Mornese. At 11:00 am, a guided tour and equestrian show. All proceeds will go to the Fundación Mornese.
Admission: €10 (€5 for children under 12).
8 – 13 September · 7th Working Equitation World Championship
The Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art will be the setting for the 7th Working Equitation World Championship (WAE World Championship). Jerez brings together the finest international horse-and-rider pairs in Working Equitation for six days of competition at the very highest world level.

18 – 20 September · 20th H.M. The King's Cup of Doma Vaquera
Once again at the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art, the 20th H.M. The King's Cup of Doma Vaquera (Spanish working dressage) takes place, one of the major fixtures on the national equestrian calendar. The very best of Doma Vaquera in Jerez, at a benchmark event. 21 – 23 September · UCA Summer Course on the PRE
The Alcázar de Jerez and the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art host the University of Cádiz Summer Course: “The Animal Welfare of the Pura Raza Española Horse in Sport and Breeding”. Summer Courses of the University of Cádiz and the International University of Andalusia.
