Jerez celebrates the 2026 Parada Hípica in González Hontoria Park

On 18 September at 7:00 pm, the city will host a new edition of the Parada Hípica (equestrian parade), an event that showcases the equestrian tradition and culture of Jerez.

Jerez is set to enjoy once again one of those occasions that highlight its close bond with the horse. On 18 September, González Hontoria Park will be the starting point for the Parada Hípica 2026, a celebration of tradition, equestrian culture and the identity of a city that lives and breathes horses all year round.

A date with the equestrian tradition of Jerez

Every year the Parada Hípica brings together riders, carriages and enthusiasts in a festive procession through the streets of the city, showing the public the richness and variety of the equestrian world in Jerez. A popular, family-friendly occasion to enjoy both the horse and Jerez itself.

González Hontoria Park, the starting point

The parade will set off from González Hontoria Park at 7:00 pm, in the very heart of the city, giving residents and visitors alike the chance to get close to one of the most deeply rooted traditions of Jerez, City of the Horse.
